So, I was concerned about fuel pressure, and I contacted Kuah (of [ www.splparts.com ] fame) about getting a fuel pressure gauge to match my Defi BF Boost gauge. He recommended going with a VSD Concept or a Defi Link Display. While being a little bit more expensive in the short term, it will work out in the long run, as I will only need to buy the sensors for the various different applications, as opposed to buying the whole gauge packages. Also, It keeps all my readings in one tidy little package, instead of having gauges all over my cabin. It also comes with a speedo readout. As with all DEFI stuff, it is much nicer in person than it is in any picture I've ever seen of it. On my 90, I had the advantage of being able to install it just to the left of the steering column. It fits VERY tight in there ... like ... perfectly. Keeps it out of the way. I am pretty sure an airbag wheel would block visibility in this location, though. On REALLY nice feature is being able to put the readout into differential mode. What this does is compares the Fuel Pressure versus Boost Pressure. I simply set my warning to 44 psi, and basically I don't have to keep an eye on the fuel pressure. If the alarm goes off, then there is something to worry about. Very straightforward, and very nice.
